CHARACTER DESCRIPTION

NAME: Shayna
RACE: Human
EYES: Dark blue
HAIR: All one colour; a darker turquoise. It is shorter at (her) left side. The other side is kept in big cowlicks, with very long hair at the back which is usually braided and put in a sort of bun at the top back of her head.
SKIN: Pale caucasian
HEIGHT: 175 cm
BUILT: Sorta tall and lanky, but muscular, and with unnaturally big breats (DD?). Doesn't have much to offer in the hip compartment.
AGE: 19
PIERCINGS: her left eyebrow (right from our wiev), and her ears have several studs in them.
SPECIAL FACULTIES: She's a natural talent with all kinds of technical stuff. She sometimes carries a katana for weapon. CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES: Mostly seen in tight-fitting tank tops, t-shirts, jeans, overalls, etc. paired with sneakers. Comfortable and quite simple outfits.


PERSONALITY: She is actually quite shy and self-conscious even if she doesn't give that appearance. Her reaction to conflicts is to get really angry, and she has a hard time controlling this. Thus she is seen as kind of grumpy. Most of all she would just like to have some friends that respect her for who she is.
She likes to work out, read comicbooks, tinker with different types of gadgets and listen to music (mainly punk and rock). She doesn't like strangers that get too close to her or touch her, that will make her snap in an instant. She usually has a hard time waking up in the mornings (could have something to do with that she stays up all night lost in compuer-world).

BACKGROUND: She's living alone right now (as she's a bit of a lone wolf). She moved out when she was around 16, to study in the next big town. Her parents wanted her to study at a bigger highschool and university. She spends most of her spare time training martial arts in a local club or tinkering with technical gadgets. Her father was the trainer of the only dojo in the small town where she grew up so she has practically been training ever since she could walk. Since she has no siblings her parents doted on her but her father also treated her like the son he never had. She used to play with the other children of the club, but for some reason she always felt more relaxed around the boys - but that became both awkward and complicated when she became a teenager and, you know, evolved...

She also enjoys listening to music on her homemade mp3-player and sometimes goes exploring the city on her own. She doesn't get along all that well with other women, and guys tend to treat her well... shallow because of her looks, so she keeps mostly to herself. The other people at her club has pretty much given up trying to get to know her as she isn't very social. She doesn't really know how to act around other people, and she's also afraid to get hurt. For a living she repairs broken computers and other gadgets for people. She is also a very skilled computer programmer and does some (maybe not quite legal) jobs on the side.

Shayna's simple (but lonely) life takes a different turn when she bumps into a strange character in the need of her help.
